Understanding the changes shown

The table below explains the changes that you will find in the "changes shown" version of your pretranslated text.

Green characters highlighted in greySource language segment or sub-segment found as is in the memory (100%). It is followed by the reference number of the bitext where it was found, between braces, and the translation, in normal font.

Note: To make your life easier, the designers of TradooIT created a macro in Word that enables you to delete automatically the characters highlighted in grey from your text when you are done reading them (see section Deleting characters highlighted in grey).

Purple characters highlighted in greySource language segment for which TradooIT found a fuzzy match in the memory (80-99%, depending on preferences). It is followed by the reference number of the bitext where the fuzzy match was found and the percentage of similarity, between braces. Then comes the translation in normal font. Brackets in the source language segment indicate the differences between the segment in the text to be translated and that in the memory.

[Brackets]Differences between the segment in the text to be translated and that in the memory. Empty brackets indicate that something is missing in the text to be translated compared to the memory, while brackets with text indicate what has been added in the text to be translated compared to the memory.

In the memory, we had:
