Besides helping you to translate your text, TradooIT add-in aligns it while you translate. This feature allows you to reuse segments translated in the current document to translate the rest of the text. It also allows you to import automatically the text in your private memory at the end of the translation (see Section Stopping the translation). In general, the alignment takes care of itself. However, depending on the operations you make in the text, the add-in may have problems aligning certain segments, especially if you merge or split sentences or paragraphs. In cas of problem, the Segment Explorer will display a red rectangle with a question mark beside the misaligned segments.  This section explains different ways of correcting the alignment: |
